This notice explains how WebStore Technologies Ltd ("we") handles personal data when we contact businesses about our services, and when you visit this website. Our products have their own policies: see paplead.com and izmirwebstore.com.

What we collect for outreach

We only use business contact details that a business has published itself, for example on its website, its Google Maps listing or its LinkedIn page:

• business name, sector, city and address
• the business email address and phone number shown publicly
• website address and short notes about what is publicly visible on it
• a contact person's name, where the business publishes it
• our messages to you and your replies

We do not buy or rent mailing lists, and we do not collect sensitive data.

Why we use it

To send a business a short, relevant message about our services, follow up a small number of times, and reply when you write back. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): introducing a business service to other businesses, in a way a business would reasonably expect when it publishes its contact details.

How to stop it

Reply with "remove" (or "çıkar") to any of our emails, or write to [email protected]. We will not contact you again. We keep only your email address and business name on a do-not-contact list, so that we do not write to you by mistake in the future.

Who processes it for us

• Resend: email delivery (servers in the EU)
• Cloudflare: website hosting network and forwarding of replies to our inbox
• Google: our inbox, and Google Maps as a source of public business listings
• Hetzner: the server that hosts this website (Germany)

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards provided under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Outreach data is deleted within 12 months of our last message if we have not started working together. If you become a customer, the terms of the product you use apply instead.

This website

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It stores a single language preference in your browser if you switch language. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or object to us using it. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in Türkiye, you can also apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
